By accessing or using Vintage Art Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of this Service.

2. Description of Service

Vintage Art Studio is an AI-powered vintage art style tool that renders user-selected parameters (era, illustration style, props, and poses) into stylized vintage illustrations. The output is stylized artwork, not photorealistic imagery. The Service offers both a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Generate content that depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive manner.
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening toward real individuals.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate images in bulk without prior written consent.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
• Use the Service to create content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

All generated illustrations are intended to be tasteful, stylized vintage artwork in the tradition of classic commercial illustration. The AI system is configured to produce wholesome, non-explicit stylized artwork — not photorealistic imagery.

5. Intellectual Property and Commercial Use

Free Tier: Illustrations created on the free tier are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Watermarks must not be removed from free-tier artwork.

Pro Tier: Upon completing a lifetime Pro purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use illustrations created through your account for both personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, marketing materials, social media, and publications. This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying AI model or the Service itself.

Disclaimer: All outputs are stylized vintage illustrations, not photorealistic images of real people. AI-generated illustrations may occasionally reference visual styles associated with existing artworks or trademarked characters. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of created illustrations does not infringe upon third-party rights. We make no warranties regarding the originality or non-infringement of generated content.

6. Payment and Refunds

The Pro tier is offered as a one-time lifetime payment of $47 USD, processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase if the Service is materially non-functional. To request a refund, contact us at the email address below.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, Pro tier users will receive at least 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
